Back into Digital Scrapbooking

I have my new computer all set up and running and, most importantly all of my digital scrapbooking supplies and photos organized and tagged and Photoshop Elements 9 installed. Now the fun begins. I left off scrapbooking about a year ago somewhere in the 2009 photos so that's where I've gone back to. I used  Kristin Aagard's Lil Bakery collection for this layout.

Awana begins tonight! Jolanthe from Homeschool Creations has some really great printable memorization helps and awana.org has bookwalks to help you and your child stay on track. They're just sort of hidden. Here's the link to the Sparks Bookwalks.

Black Forest Cake Recipe Card

I recently discovered this blog, www.controllingmychaos.com. She is a digital scrapbooker, and apparently, an avid cook. She digital scrapbooks her recipe cards, and so I thought I'd  give it a try.

This Quick Black Forest Cake is a recipe from my mom that is great if you have company coming and need to whip up an easy dessert.

Download the 5x7 recipe card

Print it on cardstock at home, or print it with your next batch of photos.
